About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and potential risks.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Utilize Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management skills to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve project management processes.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery through best practices.
• Support the development of team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• Possess strong experience in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Have a proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
