About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic/large projects, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets.
• Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to achieve all project goals.
• Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Create and execute project work plans to meet client and business needs, driving formal acceptance of the project, execution excellence, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years of project experience, including 5 years in a project management role and 3 years in a lead capacity implementing projects.
• University degree preferably in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical engineering with experience in Electrical Distribution business.
• Proven project management skills, including creative issue resolution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Knowledgeable in dealing with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction processes.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization permitting employment in the US.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Electrical Distribution business.
• Experience in managing large or strategic projects.

Qualifications
