Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of large scale, highly complex projects and programs with senior-level sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards.
• Manage project delivery resources and teams to ensure adherence to standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to internal and third-party team members.
• Serve as an expert resource and coach team members for professional development and expertise growth.
• Manage daily activities of assigned projects, including identifying potential issues and evaluating solutions.
• Assess change requests to determine project impacts.
• Report overall program status to key project leadership.
• Implement communication plans related to project and program updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment.
• Minimum seven (7) years of project management experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or a combination of relevant experience, leadership skills, healthcare experience, and project management expertise leading complex organization-level initiatives.
