Key Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple simple to moderate complexity projects
Creates detailed project plans, status reports, and manages issues, risks, and actions
Manages project schedule, scope, and mitigates risks across projects
Oversees project budget and billing processes
Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients
Meets with customers during key project phases
Seeks and capitalizes on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Requirements

Project management experience in Cisco's product line (Routing, Switching, Unified Communication, Data Center Virtualization using VMware and EMC products)
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and successfully drive projects to meet budgets and timelines
Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with top executives and all levels of management within Presidio and customer organizations
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources
Proficient in MS Project; experience with other PPM tools is a plus
College degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, MIS, Engineering, or related field
Over 5 years of experience as a hands-on technical project manager with customer-facing experience
Technical proficiency with networking, security, telephony, or computer systems

Nice to Have

PMP or equivalent certification
ITIL knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
PMP Certification (preferred, active)
