Candidate's work is self-directed and not prescribed, focused on less structured, more complex issues. Other responsibilities include reviewing the work of others, and developing innovative approaches to problems. Within the PMO, the candidate is sought out as expert, serves as a leader/mentor and is advanced in the following aspects of project management.
