The Senior Project Manager will join the Product Development Consulting business unit to lead organizations in assessing and implementing product operating model transformations and strategic initiatives, working on best practices and execution of the Product Operating Model (POM).

Key Responsibilities

Lead client interactions with stakeholders and leaders to understand their current state and develop plans for transformation and optimization.
Define strategic initiatives, product roadmaps, and transformation models for clients.
Work on the execution of the Product Operating Model (POM) and related strategic projects.
Act as a product and people leader, mentoring, coaching, and providing strategic guidance.

Requirements

Experience in leading client engagements and strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of product operating models and transformation strategies.
Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels and develop actionable plans.
Leadership skills in mentoring and coaching teams.
