About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to lead enterprise-level initiatives in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Project Management domains, with a strong focus on Aprimo solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Enterprise Solution Architecture, client engagement, and strategic project execution—particularly within the medical devices sector. This hybrid role demands a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Aprimo solutions (MRM and DAM), providing technical guidance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with enterprise systems.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the DAM domain.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Utilize expertise in the medical devices sector to tailor project solutions to industry-specific needs.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team.
Contribute to the company's mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Possess strong knowledge and experience in Project Management, Aprimo, and other DAM tools.
Demonstrate expertise in Aprimo Integration, Configuration, MRM, and DAM.
Have a solid understanding of the DAM domain and its applications.
Experience in the medical devices sector is a plus.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models.
Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
