About the Role

The Senior Project Manager for Women's, Kid's & Baby at Ralph Lauren is a strategic leadership role within the Project Management department, responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns and initiatives across multiple brands. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Design, Creative, and Production to ensure successful campaign execution from pre-brief to delivery, fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation within a globally recognized luxury lifestyle company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to multiple brands within the Ralph Lauren portfolio.
  • Builds strategic partnerships with Marketing, Design, Creative, and Production teams.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to Creative, ensuring briefs are accurate and concepts meet the brief.
  • Serves as a central point of contact, bringing leaders together for important discussions.
  • Controls the flow of information by collecting, organizing, and sharing appropriate details at the right time.
  • Communicates project status through weekly wrap-up reports and other updates.
  • Creates, leads, and manages all aspects of projects including planning, communication, scheduling, budget management, approvals, and risk tracking from ideation to delivery.
  • Works with Marketing to understand budget requirements and manages the build with Production.
  • Creates, manages, and enforces timelines for all requests, holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines.
  • Schedules and leads cross-functional meetings, managing attendee lists, action items, and follow-up notes.
  • Represents the client in creative reviews, delivering strategic insights and ensuring alignment with the brief.
  • Collaborates with Marketing on Deliverables Matrix to clarify expectations and priorities.
  • Partners with Rights Management to ensure all final assets are secured correctly.
  • Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing for maximum business benefit.
  • Manages changes to project scope to mitigate risks.
  • Creates and maintains detailed documentation and reporting on project timelines, dependencies, requirements, status, progress, and risks.
  • Maintains close relationships with channels and regional stakeholders to identify potential improvements.
  • Provides regular updates to all project stakeholders.
  • Schedules and leads productive meetings to drive projects toward completion.

Requirements

  • Strategic account management experience at an agency or in a high-paced environment with a background in project management or creative operations.
  • Experience with photo, video, and digital production.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a successful track record in relationship building.
  • Analytic, data-driven mindset with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Experience working within complex corporate structures and influencing across departmental boundaries.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Leadership and management experience, both direct and indirect.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback from leadership and peers.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and comfort with ambiguity and change.
  • Critical thinking skills to reduce complexity and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of project management principles to improve processes.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, and Jira.
  • Ability to connect project goals to larger company objectives and guide others to do the same.
