About the Role

As the Senior Sales & Marketing Automation Manager, you will be a key member of our Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for improving our marketing and sales processes by leveraging our technology stack, including Salesforce and other marketing applications. Your work will be guided by data to ensure we are making effective, strategic decisions. A strategic focus of this role, working in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing Operations, is managing the planned migration to a new marketing automation platform in 2026. You will be instrumental in planning and executing this project, which is intended to improve team efficiency and advance our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) capabilities. Ultimately, your expertise in reporting, process optimization, and system administration will directly impact our teams' productivity and contribute to overall growth. This position requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, an affinity for efficient processes, and a commitment to data quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project management for the migration to a new marketing automation platform, including planning, documentation, reporting, and governance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new features and integrations within the marketing tech stack to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Digital Campaigns Lead to implement sophisticated email nurture strategies, ensuring delivery of the right message at the right time while maintaining communication governance.
  • Analyze and improve the end-to-end lead flow and sales processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards for data integrity across all systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics related to demand generation and sales activities.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Assist with the administration of our Salesforce.com instance and our marketing automation tool.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation and training materials for our sales and marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing operations or a similar role with a focus on marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of a major marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and Salesforce.com.
  • Experience managing marketing technology projects, such as platform migrations or integrations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A commitment to data quality, process efficiency, and clear documentation.
  • Good communication skills, with experience training end-users on technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Software, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with administration and development of Sales and Marketing Automation tools.
  • 3+ years experience training end users on Sales and Automation tools.
  • Experience in developing end user training materials.
  • 3+ years end user support on Sales and Marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Software, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with administration and development of Sales and Marketing Automation tools.
  • 3+ years experience training end users on Sales and Automation tools.
