The role involves building a sales pipeline, engaging prospective customers, and representing Kainos as a market-leading provider of innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets by producing a high-quality pipeline.
  • Collaborate on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities, engaging prospects through multiple mediums and maturing these into sales opportunities.
  • Understand buyer personas to build trust, articulate their challenges, and propose potential solutions.
  • Work with Marketing, Regional Managers, and Account Executives to create and execute demand generation strategies for strategic account lists, events, and territory planning.
  • Articulate Kainos and its offerings at a high level to prospects, formally presenting to prospects and customers to position Kainos as a professional and market-leading supplier.

Requirements

  • Interest in consultative selling methodologies and a curiosity to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a competitive environment to meet deadlines in accordance with business requirements.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and executing demand generation campaigns using tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Lead Forensics, and Marketo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to work across multiple platforms such as telephone, email, and social media.
  • This is a hybrid role, with a mix of working from home and 2-3 days working from the Indianapolis office.

  • Prior experience in inside sales, sales development, and dealing with customers.
  • Experience of preparing and presenting content.
  • Keen interest in technology and industry trends.
