Senior SEO Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, and Lighthouse, and optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed.
• Manage crawl budget, optimize indexation, and identify crawl inefficiencies through log file analysis.
• Maintain and optimize robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, meta directives, and redirect logic.
• Identify and resolve crawl errors, redirect chains, orphaned pages, and broken links.
• Implement and validate structured data using Schema.org, JSON-LD, and tools like Rich Results Test.
• Ensure SEO readiness for international and multilingual content with proper hreflang and geo-targeting.
• Collaborate with Engineering to create and QA SEO tickets before deployment.
• Build and execute a global SEO roadmap aligned with company goals and digital infrastructure.
• Develop Foxit's global keyword strategy, including competitor gap analyses and content white space identification.
• Monitor indexation trends, algorithm changes, and technical performance barriers to visibility.
• Create performance dashboards using Looker Studio, GA4, and BigQuery.
• Lead ongoing testing, learning, and refinement of technical and content SEO programs.
• Partner with Content Marketing to align SEO best practices across all content production.
• Perform keyword research, SERP analysis, and on-page optimization.
• Audit and improve existing content for search intent, keyword alignment, thin content, and cannibalization.
• Support the creation of SEO briefs for new content and develop content hubs and internal link structures.
• Use traffic and ranking data to inform content refreshes and prioritization.
• Act as a bridge between SEO and Engineering, driving collaboration on site structure and search-focused deployments.
• Align with Web, Product, and UX teams to ensure a seamless experience for users and search engines.
• Lead SEO education sessions and documentation for stakeholders.
• Present strategic insights, project updates, and performance outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of SEO experience with a strong portfolio of results in B2B SaaS and tech environments.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO and content strategy.
• Mastery of SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and BigQuery.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience in international SEO and managing large-scale, multi-domain architectures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Engineering, and Content teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with headless CMS environments (e.g., Contentful).
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) SEO strategies.
• Exposure to AI-generated content workflows and Search Generative Experience (SGE) implications.
• Knowledge of CRO and UX optimization related to organic search.
