Senior SEO Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies that align with both traditional ranking factors and emerging GEO/AI opportunities
• Perform hands-on technical SEO audits and suggest fixes for crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and high-impact search terms and queries
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Recommend content strategies based on SEO data, AI trends, and evolving user behavior
• Own SEO initiatives from requirements to QA, partnering with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Maintain clear documentation, requirements, and SEO performance updates for internal teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, serving as the main SEO point of contact
• Support agile planning cycles with SEO stories and advocate for prioritization of impactful work
• Stay current on algorithm and AI updates, adjusting strategy and guiding teams accordingly
• Build strong relationships across teams to support collaboration and SEO alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record in both strategy and hands-on execution
• Strong understanding of generative AI trends and their impact on search behavior and SEO strategy
• Proficient in key SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Screaming Frog)
• Skilled in structured data and optimizing for entity relevance and AI visibility
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experienced collaborating with developers
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in agile or cross-functional environments with sprint-based workflows
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to stay at the forefront of SEO and search innovation

Nice to Have

• Experience with emerging trends like GEO and AI-driven search
• Knowledge of additional analytics tools and SEO software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
