About the Role

Our team is looking for a passionate and results-driven Manager of App Store Optimization (ASO) to drive global ASO strategy for a variety of Mobile games. You will drive the visibility, conversion, and organic performance of these titles across key app stores, including Apple's App Store, Google Play, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the end-to-end App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy & roadmap for a variety of titles overall discipline management, testing framework, creative ideation, development, production, delivery, testing, and iterative optimization process.
  • Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives using internal tools, App Store Connect, and third-party platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired ROI.
  • Manage and continuously optimize store assets (app icons, screenshots, videos, feature graphics, descriptions, etc.) to maximize marketing funnel efficiency, increasing conversion rates and driving installs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working with other Game Studios or agencies that work on App Store Optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing App Store Optimization for a slate of games.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and campaign management.
  • Experience with business analytics and presenting recommendations to executives.
  • Deep knowledge of both Apple App Store and Google Play ecosystems, algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO tools (e.g., Geeklab, App Store Connect, Sensor Tower/Data.ai, StoreMaven, SplitMetrics, Apptweak, etc).

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
