The role involves creating digital marketing strategies, building client relationships, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools to improve SEO outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital marketing strategies that align with clients' overall marketing plans and solve specific audience challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, focusing on building relationships and trust.
- Develop and execute annual SEO strategies based on in-depth research, including content gap analyses, competitive & audience analysis, keyword research, and SERP landscape analysis.
- Drive organic traffic growth and increase ROI for clients by implementing effective SEO tactics.
- Make data and results digestible, sharing campaign success metrics monthly and quarterly using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe.
- Partner with PPC, Analytics, Content, and Design teams to address client needs and integrate SEO with other channels.
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, test new strategies, and share learnings with the team.
- Monitor and measure strategy effectiveness through rankings, traffic, and conversions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay current on SEO trends and AI advancements, sharing knowledge through blogs or internal channels.
Requirements
- Experience building and driving SEO strategy across multiple industries.
- Ability to tie outcomes to campaign goals and measure impact effectively.
- Confident in using Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding that Content Strategy involves providing resources to solve user problems.
- Ability to identify and connect with influencers for content promotion.
- Knowledge of social media channels and suggesting potential channels for campaigns.
- Comfortable interfacing with clients and engaging with C-Level executives.
- Strong critical and strategic thinking skills.
- Solid project management skills, including managing deadlines and delegating tasks.
- Experience with project management tools like Basecamp or Wrike is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing digital strategies and tools.
- Passion for staying informed on SEO trends and AI innovations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools and testing new AI-driven strategies.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts independently.
- Experience with content marketing and social media promotion.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in SEO strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe.
- Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp or Wrike.

- $80,000-$100,000 annually, final offer based on skills and experience.
