About the Role

The SEO Manager at Revlon will be responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. This role involves technical development, data reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and staying current with search trends to drive organic search growth for a leading global beauty company with a diverse portfolio of iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with the company's marketing goals.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify the most relevant and popular keywords for the company's target audience.
  • Optimize existing website content for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers.
  • Build reports and dashboards that will be shared across the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with digital teams and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with audits of site to ensure proper construction and maximized visibility.
  • Collaborate with brand and channel teams to establish goals, objectives, and strategies for campaigns.
  • Assist in QA of digital properties related to SEO.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to increase traffic and analyze site performance.
  • Connect current data insights with long-term strategy objectives.
  • Stay proactive and updated on the latest search trends and algorithm changes.
  • Manage third-party vendors related to enterprise SEO tools.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Web Development, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines, or a certification in web analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience working in SEO with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and strategy.
  • Experience with SEO analytical tools such as BrightEdge, Conductor, seoClarity, MajesticSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive relevant insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise search analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships related to SEO tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring and website analysis.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Web Development, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in SEO.

  • Salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
