About the Role

As a member of the Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will support the Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. You will help guide revenue for one of the company's products through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role involves being a hands-on technical consultant capable of solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles, contributing to the company's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements to address customer needs and add value.
  • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 3-5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales to promote execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel.
