Job Description

About the Role

The Resource Capabilities and Label Operations (RCLO) team supports the organization in achieving business excellence by improving processes related to the creation of promotional resources for customers and patients. The Senior Specialist in Promotion Operations is responsible for supporting and enhancing these processes, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating across multiple teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to job owners and agency partners on promotional review processes and systems, including navigating complex situations, conducting refresher trainings, and providing 1:1 coaching to address performance gaps.
  • Lead activities to help the US Market achieve its business objectives, such as managing vendors, developing and tracking key metrics, leading label update processes, and owning cross-functional operations meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in promotional review and label update processes, collaborating with Medical Legal Regulatory Review teams to implement solutions.
  • Develop and enhance resources and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational processes.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, values, and standards.
  • Collaborate with relevant functional areas including Marketing, Learning & Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Leadership.
  • Demonstrate operational efficiency by leveraging best practices and facilitating cross-functional learning.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and drive accountability using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Provide objective feedback on governance models and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years of combined marketing, brand management, sales, business support, or project management experience.
  • Ability to work at the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Advanced project planning and project management experience, supporting operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
  • Solid understanding of creative agency roles and structure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and engage with external suppliers and agencies.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • 2+ years of experience in promotions, marketing support, marketing communications, learning & development, or marketing within the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize activities and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully in cross-functional or matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value and incorporate innovative approaches.
