About the Role

The Senior Specialist, Promotion Operations (Review Capabilities & Label Ops) supports and improves processes for creating promotional resources for customers and patients within the Human Health Market. The role involves collaborating across teams to achieve business excellence, managing label updates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The position is based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, and is part of the Resource Capabilities and Label Operations (RCLO) team, which aims to reinforce and evolve established business practices in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to job owners and agency partners on promotional review processes and systems, including navigating complex situations, conducting refresher trainings, and 1:1 coaching to improve performance gaps.
  • Lead activities to help the US Market achieve its business objectives, such as managing vendors, developing and tracking key metrics, leading label update processes, and owning cross-functional operations meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in promotional review and label update processes, collaborating with Medical Legal Regulatory Review teams to implement solutions.
  • Develop and enhance resources and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational processes.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, values, and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with departments including Marketing, Learning & Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Leadership.
  • Establish KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability, and provide feedback for governance model improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, sales, business support, or project management.
  • Ability to work at the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Advanced project planning and project management experience, supporting operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
  • Solid understanding of creative agency roles and structure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience engaging with external suppliers and agencies.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • 2+ years of experience in promotions, marketing support, marketing communications, learning & development, or marketing within the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong project management skills with prioritization and resource optimization.
  • Experience influencing without direct authority and working in complex or matrix organizations.
  • Ability to create solutions that drive value and incorporate innovative approaches.
  • Demonstrates a flexible growth mindset.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $104,200.00 - $163,900.00, based on experience and qualifications.
