Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the value stream in collaboration with other Value Stream leads, including participating in value stream events, process improvement initiatives, and optimization efforts to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving the definition and execution of project and program activities, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication, align objectives, scope, and deliverables, and advocate for organizational interests.
  • Applying software development process experience to guide project planning and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reviewing project metrics and documentation, including flow metrics, backlogs, project plans, and meeting artifacts.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders following Agile principles.
  • Analyzing complex challenges during project execution, identifying root causes, and developing innovative solutions.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements and participating in retrospectives and lessons learned sessions.
  • Managing dependencies across teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Fostering an outcome-based culture through leadership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Taking ownership of program initiatives from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role with a successful track record in delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical issues into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
  • Ability to perform in a hybrid-office role requiring three or more days per week in the office.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with large-scale SaaS environments.
  • Ability to leverage a customer-centric approach to represent customer needs.
  • Creative and results-driven problem solver committed to delivering business outcomes.
  • Continuous learning mindset, including asking relevant questions and incorporating feedback.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical program management.
