The Senior Value Engineer will spearhead our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers, working in partnership with sales teams to drive measurable business impact and platform adoption across various industries and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & Frame Value: Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases, build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks, undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, and communicate value opportunities to C-Level executives.
Realize Value: Facilitate business value workshops, identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement, derive improvement measures, initiate improvement actions, and present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
Scale Value: Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal; build strategic expansion roadmaps; provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform based on new use cases.

Requirements

Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, or software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing consultancy or SaaS environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in stakeholder management and roadmaps.
Good knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), experience with AI agents, RPA, BI tools, dashboards, or apps, and familiarity with Python and/or SQL.
Passion for experimenting with technology and creating new models to address use cases.
Experience in process improvement, deploying measures, and training users to realize value.
Advanced industry expertise in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare, with ability to develop strategic roadmaps.
Project management experience in planning and managing scope, expectations, and timelines.
Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain functions and strategic transformation initiatives.
Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology, Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or similar.
Ability to travel mainly domestically up to 35%.

Nice to Have

Experience with implementing AI agents such as IBM Watson Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce.
Experience collaborating with IT teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology, Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or similar.
