About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team management and inspire a global team while building momentum and fostering collaboration.
• Manage multiple competing priorities under pressure with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Participate actively in Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution.
• Develop creative and structured solutions for data-related challenges.
• Influence relevant parties to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Work with large data sets and manage data processes in a global enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and people skills.
• Experience in data governance and data management with knowledge of best practices.
• Strong analytical, management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in managing data and processes in a global enterprise environment, including understanding of database and schema design.
• Ability to work under low to moderate supervision and deliver results.
• Project management experience using Agile execution methodology.
• Technical proficiency in working with large data sets, Collibra, Solidatus, and MS Excel.
• Banking or Financial Services experience, especially related to Corporate Trust or Issuer Services, preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
