SEO Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full SEO website analysis and ongoing recommendations for Logical Position's clients to improve overall rankings and drive quality organic traffic.
• Complete a total of 35-40 project hours a week for clients that operate in the small to medium size business market.
• Collaborate with SEO Account Managers to review and confirm the scope of the project and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness and adherence to SEO best practices.
• Perform client SEO website audits and complete basic technical work on client sites to facilitate implementation by SEO Website Developers.
• Adjust and renew blog content strategies for long-running campaigns to maintain client satisfaction.
• Run follow-up technical audits and investigate any client website issues.
• Perform Keyword Research using multiple tools and critical thinking to optimize existing and new content.
• Stay current with SEO industry trends and algorithm development to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with an Assistant Team Lead or Team Lead when developing and implementing SEO strategies to positively impact the client's ROI.
• Assist Team Leads and Seniors with Monthly Consulting and other Campaign tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is flexible and able to switch between tasks easily.
• Demonstrable understanding and sophistication in writing and editing practices.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to accept constructive criticism and improve writing skills accordingly.
• Creative and strategic thinker and problem solver with excellent attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SEO tools and keyword research tools.
• Knowledge of technical SEO and website auditing tools.
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with a focus on keyword research, writing skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
