About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining market presence through marketing to customers, product selection, and messaging.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns to achieve objectives.
• Partner with the design team and other internal teams to develop on-brand copy and creative assets.
• Review and understand marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Create and implement digital ads, including creative, copy, management, and optimization.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors for collateral development, video production, and creative design.
• Help acquire and create content, ensuring all brand attributes are consistently reflected across communication channels.
• Review marketing campaigns and evaluate creative content for print and digital media.
• Assist with the execution and marketing of deliverables such as promotions, brochures, flyers, signage, promotional materials, advertisements, handbooks, mailers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, and Leadership to support their efforts creatively.
• Assist with setting up local and regional events, trade shows, open houses, and community events to support retail activities and customer engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret graphs.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, and other software applications.
• Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Moderate oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
• Work is primarily sedentary; must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer frequently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays.
