About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute on- and off-page SEO strategies with a customer-first focus.
• Streamline workflows related to SEO processes.
• Conduct SEO audits and determine content updates to enhance search visibility.
• Phase out outdated content to improve website performance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze various reports to showcase the impact of SEO efforts.
• Improve SEO website traffic and engagement through optimization strategies.
• Stay proactively updated on SEO trends and search algorithm updates.
• Participate in ongoing training related to SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, business, communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Experience working with popular SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Semrush.
• Experience with website analysis using reporting and analytics tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and solid computer skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms.
• Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
• Proficiency in conducting keyword research and targeting relevant, high-traffic keywords.
• Knowledge of ethical link building strategies.
• Creativity in problem-solving and optimization strategies.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with content creators, developers, and team members.

Nice to Have

• Certification from the Digital Marketing Institute or a similar program.
