About the Role

Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking an SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team! While hybrid candidates in Columbus, OH, are preferred, we are open to remote work for the right candidate. For candidates located outside of Ohio, this role will be fully remote. IBP is the premier installation contractor for insulation in residential and commercial buildings, with over 10,000 employees serving more than 250 locations nationwide. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic across multiple local websites.
Create and optimize content for SEO and AI, including landing pages, blog posts, and location-specific updates.
Optimize websites with AI-driven insights, including technical and content updates.
Collaborate with the Paid Media and Creative teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits to inform content strategy.
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Implement and manage Local SEO strategies using platforms like Google Business Profile and Yext.
Stay current on SEO and AI trends, algorithm updates, and content best practices.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in SEO and content marketing.
Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of brand voice.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and schema markup for technical SEO.
Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Rank Math, etc.).
Ability to analyze data to make decisions and track progress.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience contributing to social media content is a plus.

Qualifications
