About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Dive deep into client businesses—uncovering challenges and identifying opportunities across product positioning, search behavior, competitive landscape, and marketing strategy.
• Craft search-focused solutions that drive visibility, engagement, and impact business outcomes.
• Work with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities from a product, search, competition, and marketing standpoint.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating agility and teamwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Google tools: Analytics, Search Console, and Webmaster Tools.
• Deep familiarity with keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Profound) to enhance SEO and content strategies.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals including metadata, robots.txt, .htaccess, site speed, and crawl optimization.
• Demonstrated success in link-building, content amplification, and organic growth strategies.
• Ability to implement and manage local SEO and long-tail keyword strategies.
• Strong grasp of mobile SEO best practices.
• Understanding of how content marketing, PR, and social media intersect with SEO performance.
• Track record of improving organic search traffic, visibility, and rankings.
• Skilled in creating insightful web analytics reports with a focus on actionable recommendations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and emerging AI-driven search behavior.
• A passion for learning, testing, and evolving best practices in a fast-changing digital landscape.
• Experience presenting strategies, performance reports, and insights directly to clients in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner.
• Ability to build strong client relationships through trust, expertise, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
• Skilled in translating technical SEO and AI concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading client calls, workshops, or strategy sessions, helping clients understand the value of SEO/GEO work in relation to their broader business goals.
