About the Role

At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences. We have built a fully automated content engine powered by LLMs, custom prompts, and competitive intelligence scraping, which is fast and flexible. We are seeking a sharp operator to help us scale output without sacrificing quality, managing the system, guiding content quality, and iterating on prompt design.

Key Responsibilities

Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and SEO value.
Analyze SERPs and competitor content to guide content structures and identify ranking patterns.
Conduct keyword research and cluster terms by topic, intent, and funnel stage.
Operate and iterate on our custom content generation system (built in n8n with Postgres).
Apply interlinking strategy to published content using our internal reference database.
Propose and test improvements to prompt structures and content workflows.
Own publishing readiness: finalize titles, slugs, meta data, and content formatting.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on SEO or content operations experience.
Familiar with AI-assisted content workflows (e.g. Jasper, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Notion AI).
Strong eye for content quality and an understanding of what makes pages rank in 2025.
Self-sufficient, systems-minded, and comfortable learning fast in a technical environment.
Able to balance speed with precision across a high volume of pages.

Nice to Have

Experience with prompt design, structured content, or AI writing tools.
Working knowledge of SQL or database-driven workflows (even at a basic level).
Familiar with interlinking strategies, programmatic SEO, or content automation.

Qualifications

Experience with SEO or content operations (3-5 years).
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and tools.
