About the Role

A fast-growing digital organization is seeking a results-driven SEO Strategy Lead to take ownership of organic search performance across a portfolio of marketing websites. You'll work cross-functionally with content, web, and media teams to shape and execute a unified SEO strategy that drives visibility, engagement, and conversion. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize site structure, content, and performance
Lead keyword research, content planning, and technical audits
Monitor and report on SEO KPIs including traffic, rankings, and conversions
Stay current on algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
Guide and mentor junior SEO team members
Partner with paid and social media teams to ensure integrated digital campaigns

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a fast-paced or enterprise environment
Strong command of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, BrightEdge, Moz)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Bonus: SEO certifications or agency background
