About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong project management leadership by overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams in adopting Agile methodologies, facilitating agile ceremonies, and promoting collaboration and transparency to drive project progress and achieve business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage dependencies to optimize project delivery.
• Harness expertise in cloud platform technologies, particularly ServiceNow or similar platforms, to develop and implement robust project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and driving innovation to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for project-related issues, providing guidance, support, and solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications, to provide visibility and transparency into project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have Scrum experience.
• Strong project management leadership skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams in Agile methodologies and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Expertise in cloud platform technologies, particularly ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement project plans, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Good communication and presentation skills, client handling experience.
• Ability to create reporting and dashboards.
• Create and execute development plans to meet changing needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience in project management within cloud platform environments, especially ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client handling skills.
