About the Role

The role of the Account Manager in Denver involves working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and end-users to deliver high-quality flooring solutions, building relationships across multiple industries, and supporting project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with architects, designers, flooring contractors, end users, and other stakeholders to select appropriate products that fit design criteria, budget, and time frame.
  • Travel daily throughout the assigned area to call on existing customers and prospect new customers to solicit business.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including identifying opportunities, product selection, specification, order placement, tracking, delivery coordination, installation oversight, punch walk/claim coordination, and communication of maintenance programs.
  • Support a team environment by being motivated and capable of working collaboratively.
  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce.com to manage customer relationships and follow up on leads from sources like Dodge and networking groups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through entertaining and networking activities.
  • Implement the selling process within the assigned area and make sound judgment decisions.
  • Give presentations to architects, designers, and end-users to educate them on flooring options and benefits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Living in Denver, CO.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree.
