About the Role

This is a market research study conducted at retail locations on behalf of a retail client to ensure that customers receive top-notch service. Participants will perform store audits without interacting with employees or making purchases, and will submit a short online report of their findings. The role involves visiting various stores across the United States, including locations in Fort Wayne, Chesterfield, Middletown, Milwaukee, Kansas City, and others. Participants will be paid $20 per visit via PayPal or Venmo, with each visit lasting less than 50 minutes plus 7-10 minutes to complete the online report.

Key Responsibilities

Visit designated retail stores to conduct store audits without interacting with employees or making purchases.
Spend less than 50 minutes in each store performing the audit.
