About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the information technology projects and processes of an organization.
• Implements information strategies that deliver projects on schedule.
• Coordinates with project team members and external agencies to develop schedules and individual responsibilities.
• Use project management tools to develop project timelines to effectively track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Have a complete understanding of the technical aspects of the project, including familiarity with relevant information technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Assist in the daily management of project operations, supporting multiple tasks and teams across various locations under the guidance of senior management.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a productive work environment, providing support and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Provide input and recommendations based on project needs, assisting in decision-making processes to align with organizational objectives.
• Prepare project briefings for senior-level management, conveying project status and developments.
• Contribute to the preparation of Monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), detailing program status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and government personnel/customers, facilitating clear communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Min 9 years with HS Diploma, 7 years with AS/AA degree, 5 years with BS/BA, or 3 years with MS/MA.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Have advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration, and service desk administration.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) highly desired.
• CompTIA Security+.
• CompTIA Network+.
• CompTIA A+.
• ITIL V4 Foundation.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications as specified in requirements: HS Diploma, AS/AA, BS/BA, MS/MA.

Benefits & Perks

• Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000 based on experience and other factors.
