About the Role

The Social Content Manager, Booktok at 24 Seven Talent is responsible for leading strategy, sourcing, and execution of creator-driven social content for books. This role involves engaging with BookTok, Bookstagram, and literary influencers to grow communities through innovative creator partnerships. The position is a 12-month contract based in Culver City, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement, and requires a candidate who is deeply connected to social trends and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social strategies that drive book discovery and engagement
Source and manage creator relationships to deliver authentic, scalable content
Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with cultural moments and product priorities
Use analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategy

Requirements

5+ years in content strategy, social media, or creator partnerships (books/entertainment/lifestyle a plus)
Strong network of creators and cultural voices
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and project manager

Nice to Have

Experience with books, entertainment, or lifestyle content
