About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage Nestlé USA's Social Intelligence technology stack to conduct in-depth research about brands, competitors, product categories, and cultural trends, and deliver visual stories that drive action.
• Navigate social listening, ratings & reviews listening, trend identification, audience persona building, influencer evaluation, and content benchmarking tools.
• Combine findings with other digital data sources in collaboration with Digital Analytics teams to provide comprehensive analysis.
• Assist in developing and executing stakeholder training programs, including creating training materials and guiding stakeholders through use cases.
• Manage analysis requests by prioritizing based on impact, effort, and urgency, and track stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent communication.
• Review automated reports and real-time alerts to ensure quality and identify actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day management of social intelligence tools, including user access, dashboard/report quality, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with third-party analysts and tool providers on research projects, feature enhancements, and providing feedback for tool improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, analytics, communications, business, economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social listening and social research, including in-tool navigation and strategic storytelling.
• 3-5 years in a strategic data analytics role, developing dashboards and visualizations that generate insights and recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Experience using Talkwalker, Nichefire, Yogi, Audiense, Creator IQ, Sprinklr or similar tools, including building queries, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong understanding of AI-based consumer research, Boolean query writing, natural language processing, and data segmentation.
• Research experience in developing consumer, category, and cultural insights.
• Storytelling experience through creating and presenting compelling slide decks.
• Familiarity with foresight use cases and trend signal analysis from social media.
• Ability to translate business needs into strategic social intelligence frameworks.
• Understanding of social media landscape, community interaction dynamics, and digital analytics tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various stakeholder teams.
