Social Media Ad Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Content, SEO, and Web Development) to align advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies
• Assist with monthly client reporting, providing actionable insights and campaign performance updates
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Ensure campaigns stay within budget and meet industry average KPIs
• Organize and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ad performance reporting and data interpretation
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with a team-player attitude
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice to Have

• Social Media Ad Management: 1 year (Preferred)
