We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Digital Presence Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our nursing home company. Reporting to the Director of Communication, this role will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that showcase our commitment to quality care, highlight the culture of our communities, and engage with families, residents, staff, and local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance the online presence of the company.
- Manage and grow social media channels and digital content to engage with families, residents, staff, and local communities.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with healthcare compliance standards and company values.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communication to showcase the company's commitment to quality care and community culture.
- Blend creativity with strong communication skills to produce engaging digital content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement digital strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.
