Job Description

About the Role

This role is key to increasing visibility, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and audiences, and promoting the firm's projects, people, capabilities, and culture through strategic digital content and traditional marketing initiatives, including managing and executing the company's social media strategy to enhance our brand's online presence and community building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Creates and schedules content, writes compelling posts, and engages with followers.
  • Analyzes performance data and stays current with social media trends.
  • Assists in the creation of marketing materials, including newsletters, signage, brochures, presentations, etc.
  • Helps plan and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the company's brand, messaging, and community building.
  • Orchestrates company and employee events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Supports internal and external communications, including press releases, awards submissions, etc.
  • Ensures brand consistency across all platforms and collateral.
  • Communicates with project managers and field teams to gather photography, drone footage, videos, and updates from job sites.
  • Manages branded materials inventory, including promotional items, apparel, etc.
  • Owns deadlines, details, and deliverables with excellence and efficiency, and has the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute proactively.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally across the company to align the company's messaging and impact.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Applicable experience in photography, video creation, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, social media management, and/or graphic design.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work is recommended.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience in social media management, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of social media analytics.
  • Experience with CapCut.
