About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website and restaurant. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, strong content creation skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. We are a Corporate Caterer as well as a Breakfast and Lunch eatery in The Hauppauge Industrial park. Total compensation will be based on results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand messaging.
Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance visibility and reach on social media channels.
Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to stay ahead of industry developments.
Manage social media advertising campaigns that will call our audience to action.
Manage in house advertising through the use of our Optisigns software.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement.
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce and branding.
Attend off premise events to capture Video and present a larger picture of The Sexy Salad.

Requirements

Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or the like for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, photography, video editing, and public relations.
Excellent understanding of social media marketing strategies and techniques.
Ability to conduct keyword research for optimizing content visibility.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including branding and e-commerce strategies.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data from Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on relationship management.
Ability to commute to Hauppauge, NY 11788.
Work in person at the specified location.
