About the Role
At CJ Incorporated, we like to keep things simple: we build tough, reliable products that make hard work a little easier. Our main focus is Top Dog Attachments, which is our in-house brand of skid steer and tractor attachments designed for farmers, contractors, and everyday do-it-yourselfers. CJ Inc also has a few other businesses that need some fresh ideas, creative energy, and a new approach to marketing. We are looking to add a full-time Social Media and Marketing Manager to help grow our brands and enhance our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Show your skills in marketing, branding, or design for multiple businesses.
- Learn new tools, test new ideas, and be encouraged to experiment.
- Partner with the team to help create new content.
- Learn to work in the backend of websites to make simple edits and add product pages.
- Potentially work into sales to receive commissions on everything sold.

- Motivated, creative, and ready to jump in and make an impact.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and contribute to marketing efforts.
