About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Produce compelling content in photo, video, print, and digital formats.
• Design and edit assets for organic social, paid ads, emails, landing pages, sales materials, and program guides.
• Create content in all major aspect ratios and formats for web, mobile, and print.
• Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc. for rapid content generation.
• Lead and execute organic social strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta.
• Own the content calendar and scheduling with a strong sense of community and voice.
• Track performance, test formats, and iterate based on trends and analytics.
• Proactively source content from students, schools, and internal teams.
• Coordinate ambassador challenges to generate user-generated content and engagement.
• Develop and execute influencer strategies, including sourcing, outreach, and content briefings.
• Support website content refreshes with updated visuals, copy, and student stories.
• Collaborate on email campaigns with branded visuals and editorial support.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign), CapCut or equivalent.
• Social-native mindset with deep understanding of trends, formats, and voice across platforms.
• Experience managing multiple social channels and content calendars.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Confident reaching out to creators and influencers, building partnerships with energy and purpose.
• Passionate about youth travel, language learning, and real cultural immersion.
