About the Role

Frank is a full-service creative agency based in Oklahoma City. We work with bold brands across cannabis, wellness, hospitality, and more. We believe in design with purpose, storytelling that sticks, and marketing that actually works. We're looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our fast-paced team. You'll help us manage and grow our in-house and client-facing social channels, assist with creating content (especially Reels), and keep our social media world organized and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form video content (primarily Reels/TikToks) using Adobe Premiere or CapCut
Help maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Manage daily engagement — liking, commenting, replying to DMs
Support influencer communications and outreach coordination
Handle review management and reputation tracking
Assist with social file organization and asset management
Provide visual input — a good eye for layout, design, and aesthetics is key
Occasionally assist with basic graphic creation (a bonus, not required)

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
Experience editing short-form video content
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro) or CapCut
Confident communicator — written and verbal
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized

Nice to Have

Experience working with influencers or managing brand collaborations
Light graphic design experience or Canva proficiency
