Key Responsibilities

  • Re-defining how Verizon measures, generates insights, and communicates social media marketing impact.
  • Oversight of analytics agency’s campaign performance measurement including the development of KPIs, projections, executive updates, and campaign post-mortem analysis.
  • Reshaping weekly and monthly reporting to balance always-on deliverables and campaign-specific work to maximize analysis utility.
  • Driving the development of tools and infrastructure to streamline and enhance deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Guiding agency partners in the development of dashboards, reports, and the presentation of data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Leading the analysis of social media metrics and their relationship to business outcomes to inform KPI selection.
  • Customizing deliverables for enhanced insights around a creator marketing centric strategy.
  • Strategically integrating creator measurement elements into the overall social measurement strategy.
  • Working closely with Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, Creator Marketing, Owned Social, and Marketing Activation teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience measuring campaigns on established and emerging social platforms including understanding platform-specific nuances.
  • Experience delivering written and verbal communication to C-level marketing, creative, and social executives and strategy teams.
  • Experience using at least two of the following tools: Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr, DCM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, social platform analytics (Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.), CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or relevant tools.

Nice to Have

  • Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in measurement of Social or other digital channels.
  • Detail-oriented approach to holistic marketing measurement and project management.
  • Clear and assertive communication skills.
  • Results-driven perspective on marketing.
  • Accomplishments in data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations.
  • Ability to turn raw data into actionable conclusions.

Qualifications

  • Educational background of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant experience in social media measurement and analytics.

  • Salary range for the role is $108,000.00 - $188,000.00 depending on location and experience.
