Social Media Content Assistant (part-time)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the branding and development of marketing campaigns and collateral to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance partner relationships.
• Brainstorm, conceptualize, collaborate, and execute creative material for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create lifestyle and on-location content with an emphasis on video formats like Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.
• Write scripts and shot lists for video content and produce high-quality assets that align with the Halter Ranch brand.
• Implement and maintain a social media strategy across platforms, ensuring engaging content and media that support brand messaging.
• Support community engagement by responding promptly to user comments and inquiries on social media accounts.
• Analyze data to identify trends, grow brand awareness, and report on campaign successes.
• Attend on and off-site events to produce live social media content and support daily service activities.
• Assist with influencer campaigns, including discovery and vetting of influencers.
• Ensure all marketing efforts maintain consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements

• Strong visual and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Comfortable on camera and/or helping others be on camera.
• Desire to create authentic and memorable brand interactions.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platforms.
• Availability to be onsite for content capture during events and daily activities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• A driver's license and reliable car.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment while managing multiple projects.
• Ability to write shot lists and scripts for video content.
• Proficiency with filming using iPhone, DSLR, and accessories like gimble and tripod.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, pivot based on marketing needs, and work independently.
• Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite), and video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in short-form video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of branding and advertising across all media.
• Experience with Canva, LinkTree, Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
