Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cohesive content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for all four brands.
• Align messaging across platforms to ensure brand consistency while maintaining the unique identity of each brand.
• Design and produce engaging content, including photos, short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks), Stories, and posts tailored to each platform.
• Capture high-quality product images for use on social media and websites.
• Write compelling captions and craft hashtags that reflect brand personality and optimize reach.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster an authentic and positive online community experience by encouraging conversation and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses (portfolio or examples of past work required).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Photography and content creation skills, including basic photo and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics.
• Prior photography experience.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management skills with an ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Work on-site 100% in Waldo (KCMO).
