About the Role

Lollipop Dental Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric dental practice that has helped thousands of families across Orange County for nearly 12 years. With seven locations in Placentia/Yorba Linda, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Cerritos, Long Beach, and Lake Forest, it is part of a well-established and award-winning team. Its sister practice, Sweet Smiles Modern Orthodontics, is staffed by some of the best Board Certified Orthodontists in the LA/OC area and has an excellent team. The Social Media Coordinator will develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to digital platforms, working closely with the marketing team to support overall marketing objectives and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the brand, products, and services across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonates with the target audience.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions supporting marketing initiatives and product launches.
Analyze social media data and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure efforts remain innovative and effective.
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
Two years of professional experience in communications, social media, public relations, and marketing.

Nice to Have

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
