About the Role

The Social Media Coordinator at Restoration of America is a highly motivated team player responsible for creating and publishing engaging social media content. This role serves as a day-to-day social media expert who can quickly and accurately execute social media strategies that reinforce the organization's mission and vision. The position involves building and executing social media strategies, developing original content, maintaining brand aesthetics, monitoring metrics, and staying current with social media trends, all within a political and conservative news context.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute social media strategy
Generate and publish consistent written and video content across all platforms
Develop original concepts and translate team ideas/objectives into engaging content
Respond appropriately to questions and comments in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain a united and attractive aesthetic across multiple product lines, actively reinforcing ROA branding
Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics to measure effectiveness of social media outreach
Develop and maintain social media influencer relationships
Stay on pulse with conservative issues, news, and political developments
Research and stay current with social media trends and strategies to boost algorithms, presence, and reach
Apply techniques to boost mission awareness and engagement

Requirements

Minimum 1-year related experience; experience working in a political organization preferred
Experience with all social media platforms, especially Meta and X
Proficiency in social media best practices and tailor-fitting content across all platforms
Knowledge of, or interest in, politics and conservative news
Proficiency in project management, content strategy, and tracking metrics
Ability to work independently
Ability to commute to Ponte Vedra, FL 32081
Ability to relocate to Ponte Vedra, FL 32081 before starting work
