Social Media Intern - Organic Global Brand

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create visuals and graphics on Canva/AdobeExpress that align with social strategy and brand guidelines.
• Work with employees to share authentic, candid moments showcasing life at Qualtrics and messaging to promote.
• Assist with the Executive Team's LinkedIn social strategy and executive social post requests.
• Engage with organic social channel audiences by checking in daily and monitoring engagements.
• Be active in the community through likes, comments, and reposts.
• Keep up with social media analytics and help improve content strategy based on audience response.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and must-dos to keep the brand fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with video editing platforms.
• Experience storytelling in extracurricular clubs, associations, or previous internships.
• Active use of Instagram and TikTok.
• A genuine passion for storytelling and elevating people's voices in an inclusive, balanced, and global way.

• Experience with social media content creation and management.
• Creativity and ability to think about social media trends and generate new ideas.
• Fearlessness in content creation and willingness to push posts forward.
• Effective communication skills and ability to turn ideas into reality.
