About the Role

The Social & Content Specialist at VML will support the management of the client's social media channels and day-to-day community management. The role involves interacting with audiences on social media and content platforms, creating conversations with positive sentiment, and collaborating with the Creative Department and Media Agencies to develop strategies and content. Key Responsibilities

Managing content calendars and scheduling content in the content management tool
Proactively finding new conversations and opportunities for the brand
Managing comments on posts, monitoring brand sentiment, and responding to direct messages
Escalating issues as necessary in community management
Identifying influencers and creators that fit well with the brand and working with them to create content
Using platform insights and social media tools to manage regular reporting and provide analysis on content performance

Requirements

Experience in social media management and community engagement
Ability to manage content calendars and scheduling tools
Strong communication skills for engaging with audiences and influencers
Analytical skills to interpret social media insights and performance data
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and media teams

Nice to Have

Experience with influencer and creator collaborations
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Experience working in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in social media or digital content management
Proficiency with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
