About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and promotes products or services.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for better engagement.
• Implement SEO best practices in social media posts to enhance visibility on search engines.
• Coordinate with public relations efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Familiarity with photography techniques for creating high-quality visual content.
