We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively manage our social media channels and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
  • Engage in content creation, including photography, video editing, and proofreading to ensure high-quality output.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels while adapting messaging for specific audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, e-commerce strategies, and branding techniques.
  • Strong understanding of public relations practices and relationship management.
  • Experience in content creation, including writing, video editing, and photography.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing best practices, including SEO techniques and keyword research.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
